8. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Our services allow you to register and log in using the details of your third-party social media accounts (such as your Facebook or X logins). 13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers, along with some mobile operating systems and applications, feature a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') setting that you can activate to indicate your preference for privacy by preventing the monitoring and collection of data regarding your online browsing activities. At present, no standard technology for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been established. Consequently, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanisms that automatically convey your choice to avoid being tracked online. Should a standard for online tracking be adopted that we are required to follow in the future, we will notify you of that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law mandates that we inform you of our response to web browser DNT signals. At present, there is no industry or legal standard for recognising or honouring DNT signals; consequently, we do not respond to them.

• F. Internet or other similar network activity: Browsing history, search history, online behaviour, interest data, and interactions with our and other websites, applications, systems, and advertisements.

• H. Audio, electronic, sensory, or similar information: Images and audio, video or call recordings created in connection with our business activities.
• I. Professional or employment-related information: Business contact details in order to provide you our Services at a business level or job title, work history, and professional qualifications if you apply for a job with us.

Under certain US state data protection laws, you may assign an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We might refuse a request from an authorised agent who fails to provide proof of their valid authorisation to act on your behalf in compliance with applicable laws.
Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine whether you are the same person about whom we have information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information we already maintain, we may request that you provide additional information to verify your identity and for security or fraud prevention purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorised agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. The agent will also need to provide written and signed permission from you to submit such a request on your behalf.
Appeals

California 'Shine The Light' Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, commonly referred to as the 'Shine The Light' law, allows our users who are residents of California to request and obtain from us, once a year and at no cost, information regarding the categories of personal information (if any) that we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, as well as the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
